Paula and Anto’s wedding was a joyful and heartfelt destination wedding in Poreč, set across some of the most iconic locations in Istria, Croatia. Their ceremony took place at the magnificent Euphrasian Basilica (St. Euphrasius), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most breathtaking church wedding venues in the region. Surrounded by history, golden mosaics, and centuries-old stone, the ceremony felt deeply emotional, timeless, and intimate.
The celebration continued at Hotel Parentium in Poreč, where family and friends gathered for a relaxed and elegant reception filled with laughter, connection, and warmth. From the very first moment, Paula and Anto placed complete trust in us, creating a natural, joyful atmosphere that flowed effortlessly throughout the day. Their ease, humor, and genuine closeness made the entire wedding feel light, authentic, and full of life.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was the boat ride for a couple photoshoot to the island of Sv. Nikola, just off the coast of Poreč. Surrounded by crystal-clear Adriatic waters and untouched island scenery, the photoshoot felt cinematic and free — the perfect contrast to the historic ceremony and elegant reception. Sv. Nikola proved to be an exceptional setting for natural, storytelling wedding photography in Istria.
From the sacred atmosphere of the Euphrasian Basilica to the seaside elegance of Hotel Parentium, Paula and Anto’s wedding beautifully reflects why Poreč is one of the most desirable wedding destinations in Croatia. A day filled with trust, laughter, and genuine emotion — one we will remember for a long time.
